 Initial enquiry

We are happy to discuss projects at all stages of the project cycle and can recommend Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers if needs be to help you with your ideas. The more information you have the more thorough a quote we can create for you.

 

Site visit

We carry out a site visit for all of our quotes and take time to sit down with you to understand your requirements as well as outline what we can offer.

Quote development

We aim to get all quotes out to our clients within 3 weeks of the site visit. Our quotes are very detailed and break down each element of work for clarity and contract certainty. We will also provide an outline programme of works with all of our quotes.

Pre-start stage

This is a critical stage for all projects to finalise design detail, carry out pre-commencement works, surveys and checks. We aim to meet with you the week before we mobilise to site to discuss all of the practical details that make a project run smoothly and stress free.

Mobilisation to site

This is when the real work starts! Our tradesmen, material and plant will arrive on site to start the construction works.
